- 3 large heirloom tomatoes sliced
- 2 Japanese cucumbers thinly sliced
- 1 orange juiced
- 1 lemon juiced
- 1/4 cup fresh dill minced
- 1/4 cup fresh mint minced
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Slice the heirloom tomatoes into thick rounds and thinly slice the Japanese cucumbers. Place them in a large salad bowl.
