Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 1 cup milk (you can use dairy or plant-based milk)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1 scoop protein powder whatever one you prefer, I used an unflavored one (optional)
  • 1 tbsp honey (adjust to taste)

Instructions

  • Place the frozen mango chunks, matcha powder, milk, ice cubes, protein powder, and honey into a blender.
1 cup frozen mango chunks, 1 tsp matcha powder, 1 cup milk, 1/2 cup ice cubes, 1 scoop protein powder, 1 tbsp honey
  • Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. If the consistency is too thick, you can add a little more milk to reach your desired consistency.
  • Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness by adding more honey if needed.
  • Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
  • Optionally, you can garnish with a sprinkle of matcha powder or a slice of fresh mango for presentation.
