- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 1 cup milk (you can use dairy or plant-based milk)
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 1 scoop protein powder whatever one you prefer, I used an unflavored one (optional)
- 1 tbsp honey (adjust to taste)
Place the frozen mango chunks, matcha powder, milk, ice cubes, protein powder, and honey into a blender.
1 cup frozen mango chunks, 1 tsp matcha powder, 1 cup milk, 1/2 cup ice cubes, 1 scoop protein powder, 1 tbsp honey
Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. If the consistency is too thick, you can add a little more milk to reach your desired consistency.
Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness by adding more honey if needed.
Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
Optionally, you can garnish with a sprinkle of matcha powder or a slice of fresh mango for presentation.
- Enjoy immediately for optimal freshness and flavor, or store any leftovers in the fridge for up to 24 hours in an airtight container.
- Optional: Garnish with a sprinkle of matcha powder or a slice of fresh mango for presentation.
