This peach strawberry salsa tastes like summer in a bowl—sweet, juicy, a little tangy, and so refreshing. 🍑🍓☀️ I made it on a whim one afternoon with some extra peaches, and now it’s my go-to for topping grilled chicken, piling onto tacos, or just scooping with chips straight from the fridge. It’s the kind of recipe that looks fancy but takes 10 minutes and disappears even faster. Save this for your next BBQ, picnic, or snack craving—you’ll be glad you did.

Notes

  • Use ripe but firm peaches and strawberries for the best texture and flavor.
  • Adjust jalapeño amount or omit to control the heat level.
  • Let the salsa rest 10–15 minutes before serving to blend flavors.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container and enjoy within 2 days.
  • Great served chilled and pairs well with chips, grilled meats, or tacos.
